You need to buy your own diagnostic system such as http://www.ross-tech.com/products.php or https://vcp-system.com/#!/home%23products as trying to solve this issue without one of these is near impossible. What octane of fuel do you use and do you know the Ethanol content of the fuel in Israel, i.e. E5 or E10?

How dare the Law prohibit hashish and heroin yet license your use, who inflate all weak inferior egos? Their addicts only do harm to their own lives: you poison the lungs of the innocent, your din dithers the peaceful, and on choked roads hundreds must daily die by chance-medley. Nimble technicians, surely you should hang your heads in shame. Your wit works mighty wonders, has landed men on the Moon, replaced brains by computers, and can smithy a "smart" bomb. It is a crying scandal that you cannot take the time or be bothered to build us, what sanity knows we need, an odorless and noiseless staid little electric brougham.

Thanks, I am using octane 95 and we are not using Ethanol.
This is anew issue that indicates that something is wrong, I am around 200,000 Kilometers and all the years used the same full.
Does the diagnostic systems you suggested can find problems in the full pump and full level sensor?

As you will not know what to do with a diagnostic system we need to start with the basics so a code read, print and clear then drive again for a good distance and read again, after that I can help you move further using Measuring Blocks but without your own capable diagnostic equipment it is guess work. A fuel pump fault is unlikely to cause excessive fuel consumption. To help me, could you private message me your cars vehicle identification number please? If I HAD to make a guess, I would replace the thermostat as if it is a BLF code engine these had issues with over cooling due to a faulty dual thermostat system and over cooling causes the ECU to over fuel the engine which the gauge will not show.
