Hey Everyone

So I was driving around the other day and the I parked up for about an hour or two and came out and my car wouldn't start, battery and dash lights all fine, just nothing at all from the ignition turn.....

I am going to check the connection to the starter motor, apparently this is a common fault, but wanted to ask before I took it all apart if there is anything else I should be looking at?

Cheers

Could be the line 50 (thick red/black) to the solenoid is broken, it is a tight area and the wires jumping from the engine to the body can snap.

This is the one under the battery tray?

Yes I think I'm going to check that as it's a lot for a new starter motor. Thanks for the advice

Yes, there are a number of wires here that pass from the inner wing onto the gearbox and obviously this area is subject to constant movement.
